Planning permission obtained for a proposal to convert a redundant steel framed agricultural building into three dwellings. Design process involved working closely with a Structural Engineer to ensure the proposed building complied with the Local Planning Authorities policy for structural integrity as a pre-requisite requirement for the approval of conversion whilst ensuring the proposed building solution for the external envelope is able to adequately resist imposed wind loadings.
