Contemporary extension to a 1970's semi-detached property located on an established housing estate in Worcestershire. Design was essentially a part cantilevered light weight insulated timber framed box at first floor level located above a former garage and clad in vertical timber weatherboarding with open volume and exposed structural timber ridge beam and purlins to provide for a master bedroom suite above a new kitchen, dining and flexible open plan living space at ground floor level remodelled from the available space within the host property.
