Design and delivery of development was undertaken whilst in previous employment and comprised of an affordable housing scheme of Mews houses and flats for a registered social landlord. The design process involved consultation with MADE design review west midlands and the completed project received an award from the District Councils Building Design Awards in 2011 for a 'Distinction in home design for a bold and high quality regeneration scheme delivered within tight budget constraints'.
