Extension to a traditional Victorian terraced property in Birmingham comprising of an open plan kitchen, dining space and garden room whilst integrating the location of an existing cloakroom facility. Design was purposefully contemporary with flat roof and parapet wall upstands whilst integrating traditional reclaimed facing brickwork to match gauge and size of host property. Specialist glazing in the form of powder coated aluminium framed plateau roof windows and L shape configured eaves window was integrated to walls and roof to allow for large amount of natural light to penetrate internal spaces.
