Contemporary extensions to a traditional Victorian host property to comprise of a new kitchen and dining / garden room. Design utilised modern insulated timber framed construction with kitchen element located within a new rendered link building attached back to the host property with open volume to the main dining / garden room building.  A zinc roof covering with frameless glazed atrium above the kitchen and plateau roof window above the dining / garden room enables large amounts of natural light to penetrate the internal spaces.
